This log cabin restaurant is hidden in the back of Snowmass Village, but it is well worth the effort to find it. The restaurant menu features wild game, fresh fish, caribou, beef and wild boar. It’s open in mid-June through the fall color season for dinner, but closed on Tuesdays.
